People usually refer to being "summon" when receiving a wedding invitation :)

My friend visited my blog & suggested I should at least mention her wedding :) I guess I should. She's a good friend & her's is another wedding model. That's the one that totally do away with the wedding banquet. Not extreme at all she said.


Pros: You do not waste time, usually months, with planning for this ridiculous event where most people don't even like going to anyway. Evidence: people usually refer to being "summon" when receiving a wedding invitation :) Guest usually include people you don't even know, & probably that's the only time you'll ever see them. Such a total waste of resources  & time right? And after the event these relatives hardly remember or care about you anyway.  You are sparing your still single friends another chance of feeling they have been left on the shelf. Usually during these events , people will start asking them, so when is your turn huh? ...lol...

Cons: Your parents get angry ...lol.... they have been waiting for this all your life:) Now you take away their chance of showing off (that's provided you marry well lah...:-). But if you are marrying some gangster or other indecent character , than this turn into a pro..lol... Your parents won't want the relatives to know :))
You are not helping the economy by not providing business to hotels, restaurants, chefs, waitresses, etc... Your country needs you to spend! ...lol..
